Karoya products are handcrafted cosmetic skincare products, made in small batches with carefully selected ingredients.

Our cold-process soaps are made through saponification, where lye reacts with oils and fats. Once fully cured, the lye is completely consumed and none remains in the finished bar. Our gemstone soaps are made using the melt and pour method, with a glycerine base that is gently melted, scented, coloured and hand-poured.

Karoya soaps are designed to cleanse gently while helping maintain the skin’s natural moisture balance. Our balms and lotions are formulated as nourishing skincare for daily cosmetic use.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition and are not registered as medicines with SAHPRA.

Exchanges: Every Karoya product is handmade and personal, so we cannot offer cash refunds. If your order arrives damaged, is the wrong product or has a confirmed defect, message us within 48 hours and we will exchange it or give you store credit.

Delivery: We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Delivery takes 2 to 7 business days anywhere in South Africa, for a flat rate of R129. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Wet skin with warm water and work the soap into a creamy lather. Massage gently over face and body, then rinse thoroughly.

Karoya soaps are crafted as everyday cleansing bars suitable for both body and face use. Follow with Karoya Tallow Balm or Lotion for a complete skincare ritual.

For bars containing exfoliating ingredients such as poppy seeds, use gentle pressure and adjust frequency according to your skin preference.
