4. Orders and Payment

Orders may be placed through the website or other approved methods. Payment methods include EFT, credit card, SnapScan, PayFast, and any other methods listed on the website at the time of purchase. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount due, including applicable shipping costs. Karoya Soaps reserves the right to cancel any order or refuse service at our discretion.

5. Custom Orders

Custom orders are welcomed and accepted upon request. These may involve additional costs, specific terms, and longer lead times. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements before placing a custom order.

6. Shipping and Risk

Products are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. We take care in packaging every order. However, once a package leaves our premises, risk passes to the customer and Karoya Soaps cannot be held responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage during transit. 7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
