Refunds or replacements are only considered in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items as outlined in our Refund Policy. Karoya Soaps cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions, allergies, or outcomes resulting from the use of our products.

By purchasing from Karoya Soaps, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer and agree that refunds are only provided under the conditions described above.
Refund & Exchange Policy
At Karoya Soaps, we take pride in the quality of our handmade soaps and lotions.
Due to the personal, hygienic, and perishable nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds once an order has been placed.

Exceptions:

An exchange or store credit may be offered in the following cases:

The product was damaged during shipping.

The wrong product was delivered.

There was a manufacturing defect or significant quality issue.

If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review your request and provide an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

Custom Orders:

Custom or personalised orders cannot be refunded due to the nature of the product, unless there is a confirmed issue as described above.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the product is damaged or sent incorrectly due to our error.
