• Karoya products may not be rebranded, relabelled, altered, or repackaged without prior written consent.

• Products may not be sold on third-party marketplaces or platforms without approval.

• Retail pricing should reflect the premium nature of the brand. Excessive discounting is not permitted.

All Karoya products are handcrafted. Availability, batch sizes, and lead times may vary. We will communicate estimated timelines clearly, but delays may occur due to the nature of small-batch production.
