While we work with trusted courier services, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused by the courier. In the event of damage or loss, we will assist with claims but cannot guarantee replacement or refund outside our discretion.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders may take longer, depending on complexity and quantity.

We use trusted courier services within South Africa. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on delivery location and order size.

Standard deliveries typically take 2–7 business days within South Africa. Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. While we primarily ship within South Africa, we can assist with international shipping upon request. Additional charges for shipping and customs may apply, and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
We carefully package all products to prevent damage. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.
